You have full return according to buyer's remorse law. This means you can cancel the purchase by returning the item (s) to us within 14 days of receiving the item (s).

The assumption is that the item (s) must be returned unused in substantially the same condition as it was delivered and received. Item (s) must be returned to us in original packaging and must be packed in the same manner as when it was received. In opposite case, Futonota make a deduction in the amount repaid.

For futon mattresses and large products from Karup as chairs, sofas and beds offered extended withdrawal conditional that one has not seen products on the showroom. This means free return shipping if one uses the 14-day cancellation right. In this case, contact us and we will arrange pickup of the product from you with our carrier.

Expanded withdrawal does not display board, "bed in a bag, hammocks, children rugs, tables, tatami mats, mattress covers, pillows and discounted goods, then apply the usual withdrawal.

Undo deadline applies only to consumer.

If you do not pick the package without saying what is this will not give us any indication of why the package is not retrieved. Futonoto sends form for refunds on email by all consumer purchases. By industry purchases does not apply respite law.





When you receive the package, check this thoroughly and write down any damage upon signing the waybill. This is important for any claims for damage caused by shipping.

If you receive an item that contains defects or errors and you want to claim on goods purchased in Stylehouse, this must be reported to us immediately so that we can take action immediately.





Room dividers and screens are not child-friendly articles. We do not recommend that you place a room divider in rooms where children are. Futonota and Ilka AS has no responsibility in case of a room divider being used in an irresponsible and careless manner.



Please NOTE that: your order will be delivered in the time window is selected: 08: 00-16: 00/17:00 (sometimes only until 14:00 in smaller remote areas) daily deliveries and 16: 00-21: 00 for evening delivery. Please do not attempt to arrange a specific time. This will lead to an express surcharge of EUR 25, -kr plus VAT which you are billed for subsequent delivery.


Articles that we sell are quite large and when you choose home delivery the goods shipped by Posti or Nettivarasto  depending on size, weight, area and price and Post code. You will be notified by e-mail, SMS and phone at delivery date. It is therefore important that you are available by phone for an appointment.

If you are not available by telephone or refuse to accept delivery your package returns back to the warehouse in Vantaa or to your neareast Posti's HUB/Terminal which means a wasted journey and if one attempts to reorder delivery it will be billed  second time.

Tracking number for the package sent to all purchases therefore you can always track and locate your order.


The delivery time for items in stock is 2-3 working days Helsinki Metropolital area and 3-10 working days in other areas.

NB! In some remote areas, the delivery time could be somewhat longer than 10 working days.


Delivery time on backorder items cr. 4-6 weeks for goods from Denmark and 4-8 weeks for goods from Italy. Availability ("In stock" inventory items or "Delivery time: cr. 4-6 weeks" for ordering goods) is displayed for each product on the product page. Please note that delivery times are approximate. Delays can occur and it is not granted any discount for delays up to 3 weeks. You will be notified in case of delays by e-mail.





In a case when some articles from the order is at the warehouse and some are on backorder will complete order sent together as soon as we have received the missing items in the warehouse. If you want the goods in the warehouse are sent immediately and goods in backorder afterwards, please inform us about this in a message when ordering.




It can occur that a product cannot be delivered even though it stands as available in the webshop. This may be due to several reasons, including that it be ordered

greater numbers than available inventory, that more customers order the goods about

simultaneously, errors in inventory etc.

We strive constantly to have as accurate inventory as possible,

and sorry those cases where we can not deliver all the goods.


At any shortcomings we will in each case consider the total order,

and contact where we believe it is not appropriate to send the goods.
